We are so happy with the (ductless heat pump) system. Before we had it installed we tried to cool our front room with a 220v window unit. We have windows that are low to the ground so the unit wasn't cooling very well. Our home was very uncomfortable and our power bills were high. Since we've had the (ductless heat pump) system installed the power bills have decreased and it cools our front room so much better then the window unit. We had another heat source and it went down in March of 2011 and the ductless system saved us.We were so surprised how well it heated our home. We love it!

We are retired on a fixed income. I have heard the old come on "what you save will be more then you pay for it" many times, But,with the rebateand the financing, that is exactly what happened to us. These guys are good. Everything they said and everything they did was exactly as promised. Now i tell everyone to check it out. You will be satisfied and pleased, just like we were.

Got a ductless heat pump 3 years ago. It keeps our house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Our power bills are less then half of what they were before. Thank you First Call Jewel!

First Call Jewel fixed the problem with the electrical connections to bathroom vent fans. No one has been able to solve this problem for years!
